About: LOST was like a whirlwind. I remember when it began, it was one of the most highly anticipated premiers of the season and it delivered. It was unlike anything I'd ever seen. The mystery of it all was captivating, and instantly it caught fans by storm. It became clear early on that the exact road wasn't as mapped out as we'd been led to believe, but the writing and casting was beautiful and captivating. There were some fantastic moments in this series. I loved many of the early episodes, and the twist that led to season four was moving. I wasn't as enamored of the final two seasons, and it's fair to quibble with the choices made in the finale. But I enjoyed the journey. LOST was a series that changed the landscape of television and what it might become. It's an important series. But it's also a series that I enjoyed and have revisited. When thinking of the best Network Dramas I've seen, it was impossible to leave this off the list.
