Charlie Brown: Rats. Nobody sent me a Christmas card today. I almost wish there weren't a holiday season. I know nobody likes me. Why do we have to have a holiday season to emphasize it?
A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965)
Starring: Peter Robbins, Christopher Shea, and Tracy Stratford
Director: Bill Melendez
About: Since I was young, this special has been part of an annual tradition for me each Christmas. I love the Peanuts, and this special has endured for nearly 60 years because of the power of its narrative and production. It's a beautifully told story with some rich emotional moments. I love this story and I love the way it's put together. It's not Christmas until I see Charlie Brown, and I think that will always be the case. When I think of my favorite animated stories, this is a must watch.
