Class of 2025 TEs
The 2025 NFL Draft is coming at the end of April. It kicks off on Thursday, April 24. The next class of NFL players will be in the league, and on our fantasy teams. Over the next couple of weeks, I'll be looking at the top options at each position heading into the draft.
Today, I'm looking at the top Tight Ends. This is sometimes a tough position for the draft and fantasy, but this year it has some pop.
No. 1: Tyler Warren
No. 2: Colston Loveland
These are the top two Tight Ends for me, and I think both are likely to be First Round picks in the NFL Draft. That's a big boon for fantasy. That's why both these guys are First Round picks for me in fantasy drafts, too. In fact, both are in a top wave of players for me, which makes this a bit of a unique draft year.
No. 3: Mason Taylor
No. 4: Elijah Arroyo
This is my next wave, and it's close. Both were good producers in college and both figure to have good potential in the NFL. I could seem them going in the Second Round of the NFL Draft, so that gives them some upside. I could even seem them being earlier selections in a rookie draft if they go to a place with good opportunity for targets. Either way, they are in my Top 25 overall, and likely to be good Second Round rookie draft picks.
No. 5: Harold Fannin, Jr.
No. 6: Terrance Ferguson
No. 7: Gunnar Helm
This is kind of the end of the fantasy-relevant guys for me. Are there others that could slip in? Possibly. But, for now, this is the last wave of TEs I think should go in a three-round fantasy draft. Fannin is the toughest to evaluate. Some really believe, some don't. I'm torn. He could go either way depending on how he lands in the NFL Draft.
