1995 Rewind: Clueless
It's hard to believe, but 1995 was 30 years ago. Over the next few weeks I'm going to be looking at some stand out films from 1995 that are turning 30 in 2025. Today, it's a classic teen comedy.

About: It's hard to believe this film is turning 30 years old. It's a classic comedy, drawing inspiration from Jane Austen's Emma, but placed squarely in the 1995 present. It's a send up of teens and life in the 1990s, and as someone who grew up in that era (and was in high school when this film debuted) it feels relevant. Silverstone shines in the lead role, with memorable lines and deliveries. She and Rudd are a lot of fun here, but the whole story is engaging. It's a breezy 97 minutes and is a delightful watch from beginning to end. This is worth checking out and enjoying, especially as it turns 30 years old. As If!
