2022 Broncos' Season, Offensive Line

The 2022 off-season races ahead and we're just over a month from Training Camp. As we make our way toward Training Camp, I'm looking at the Broncos' roster. This week, that means looking at the Offensive Line.

Offensive Line
On the Roster
: Lloyd Cushenberry, Luke Wattenberg, Ben Braden, Tom Compton, Graham Glasgow, Zach Johnson, Quinn Meinerz, Netane Muti, Dalton Risner, Billy Turner, Sebastian Gutierrez, Michael Niese, Calvin Anderson, Quinn Bailey, Garrett Boles, and Casey Tucker
About: Offensive Line is not only a foundational piece of a football team, it's one of the toughest positions to get right. The Broncos are currently carrying 16 lineman on the roster, but when the final cut down comes they will have eight to 10 players. That means this will be one of the biggest and most competitive groups when it comes to Training Camp.

The Broncos have some good talent in this group, too. Boles has developed into a fine tackle, while Risner, Meinerz and Muti figure to make the final roster at guard. Cushenberry has struggled some at center, so it remains to be seen if he holds that job heading into the season. Perhaps the biggest area of intrigue is right tackle. The team brought back Turner, but he played guard in Green Bay. The team also has the veteran Calvin Anderson who might be a favorite at the position. Another big question is Glasgow, in the last year of a free agent deal. He might be on the roster bubble.

What will also be interesting is to see how some of the younger players develop throughout training camp, and how the team adjusts to the new offensive scheme. Like so many others, this will be a fascinating group to watch develop.
