Last month I went through my revised Dynasty rankings. As we move toward the start of the season, in this month of July, I'm going through my re-draft rankings. Today I finish with my Top 40 TEs.

36. Luke Musgrave, Packers
37. Isaiah Likely, Ravens
38. Robert Tonyan, Bears
39. Mo Allie-Cox, Colts
40. Durham Smythe, Dolphins

About: Kelce is great and Andrews isn't far behind. I'm bullish on Pitts taking a step forward this year, too. I like Waller's location as well. After about the Top 8, it becomes more of a guessing game. Tight end is deep as long as you're not looking for top end production. If you are, you have to reach for one of the Top four guys.
